Curt Stevenson

CEO

As CEO, Curt is responsible for Agencyport’s mission and vision, setting the company’s overall business strategy and achieving near- and long-term objectives. Curt worked with Agencyport as a consultant for several years before joining full time in 2007. He began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and later served as a business/technology liaison at Fidelity Investments. In 1997, Curt founded Back Bay Technologies, a technology consulting firm in the Boston area that he sold in 2001. At BBT, Curt wore several hats including VP of Services and CFO while managing many large projects. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and earned a Bachelor’s degree from Colby College.

Michael W. Albert

Senior Vice President Product Strategy

Mike joined Agencyport in 2002. As head of R&D, he is responsible for new product development as well as the company's mobile and design groups. Mike is a gadget guy with a background in web development and design and as an early employee of Agencyport has worked with carriers of all sizes to build modern, easy to use software for agents, underwriters, and policyholders. Mike holds a bachelor's degree from James Madison University.

Allan L. Egbert, Jr.

Chief Technology Officer

Allan joined Agencyport in 2007 after working as a consultant to deliver some of the company's earliest solutions. Prior to Agencyport, Allan had roles at several New England area software start-ups writing tons of code and building lots of amazing stuff. Currently, Allan spends his time getting carriers excited about Agencyport solutions and overseeing the day-to-day Product Development engine. Allan has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Florida State University and Bachelors' degrees in Biology and Chemistry from Providence College.

Dave Fielding

Senior Vice President Professional Services

After working with Agencyport as a consultant for several months, Dave joined full time in 2007. As head of the Professional Services team, he is responsible for the success of all implementations and the ongoing satisfaction of our production customers. Dave began his career at John Hancock Financial Services, managing the Term Life Insurance e-Business Distribution Group. He later served as a technology consultant for various companies in the insurance industry. Dave is a certified Scrum Master (CSM) and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Berklee College of Music.

Julie Howe

Senior Vice President Marketing and Communications

Julie joined Agencyport as a full-time employee in 2010 after having served as a consultant to the company for more than five years. She is responsible for all marketing and communications functions, including global branding. Julie headed her own marketing and communications firm for eight years, serving industries including industrial manufacturing, financial services, technology, retail and wholesale foodservice, and non-profits. Prior to launching her own firm, Julie served as Marketing Director at Hollister, a leading New England recruiting firm. She began her marketing career at Conover & Company Communications where she worked for more than 15 years. Julie holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont.

Christopher R. Stone

Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Chris joined Agencyport in May 2012 and is responsible for legal, corporate, human resources, IT and administrative functions. Most recently, Chris served as Counsel to IBM in the Business Analytics Division of IBM Software Group. Prior to that, he served as Deputy General Counsel to Cognos, Inc., a publicly-held business intelligence and performance management software company acquired by IBM in January 2008. Chris was also in private practice at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, corporate governance and commercial transactions. He graduated from Boston College Law School and received his bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross.

Drew Tripp

Senior Vice President Sales

Drew joined Agencyport full-time in 2007 after consulting with the company for two years and helping to deliver some of Agencyport’s earliest solutions. Since then, Drew has been involved in many aspects of the business including Professional Services, Strategic Account Management and Product Development. Prior to Agencyport, Drew managed software implementations for a Boston-based technology consulting firm. He received his Bachelors' degree in Accounting from UMass Dartmouth.

Jeanette Tweed

Chief Financial Officer

Jeanette joined Agencyport in 2014 and is responsible for scaling the company’s financial infrastructure. Beginning her career as an auditor at Deloitte, Jeanette then spent nine years at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), responsible for worldwide financial reporting during a time of enormous growth for the firm. Jeanette went on to hold executive financial positions at several technology-based companies, including OnForce, CCBN, and Knowledge Impact. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Communications from Babson College.

Norman W. Baker

Chief Architect

Norm Baker graduated in 1977 from SUNY Albany with BA in music; summa cum laude. Member Phi Beta Kappa. He turned computer nerd in mid 1980s. He has over 27 years of experience in software engineering / architecture focusing on applications in both insurance and financial services domains. Language of choice is Java. Norm is also an avid fresh water fisherman.
