Thank you to everyone who joined our customer call yesterday afternoon. For those who were unable to make it, here’s a brief recap…
In the last six months, not only have we signed a number of new customers we are also thrilled to announce new partnerships with MFX, Valen and PilotFish. We’ve also been very busy working on our flagship product, AgencyPortal. The current 4.5 version includes updates such as the Timeline, Account Management, and Predictive Analytics with Workers Comp Template (read more here), as well as an enhanced installer, API enhancements, and Toolkit and UI improvements.
On the interface side of the house, Turnstile and AgencyConnect have been thoroughly worked on and improved. Turnstile will soon have new forms for new lines of business including Inland Marine, Equine Marine, and Personal Home. We have also taken AgencyConnect from simply a transformation/normalization and step processing product to an orchestration, routing, transformation/ normalization, and configuration solution.
BookSmart 2.4 now handles Workers Comp, General Liability, and Commercial Property. It also imports error and profile reports and incorporates Turnstile Integration, Quick Fix, Asynchronous Archiving, ACSI, and new Toolkit functionality With BookSmart 2.5 we are looking to go a step further with Commercial Package, BOP, Personal umbrella, Role Based Security, and Enhanced Profile Reporting.
Finally, don’t miss out on our seventh Annual Conference from September 9-12th at the Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, SC. You will have an opportunity to network with other Agencyport customers, collaborate with your project manager, share your feedback on the product roadmap, meet with our senior management team and hear from our executives who are excited to share new product news and the results of our hard-hitting industry research.
All this and we’ve managed to keep our name and not sell our company. A good first half of 2012, indeed!
