Most recently, agents said they wanted the ability to create User Preferences for new work items and uploaded policies. AgencyPortal version 3.7 delivered. Our new preferences feature allows users to save away values from a work item to their defaults and use them later to fill out a blank work item. They can also employ these when uploading a policy and Data Corrections hasn't addressed all of the data issues.
